Coldwell Banker Annual Listing Finds College Towns Are Undiscovered, Affordable and Stable Markets for Home Buyers

 

An annual index from Coldwell Banker comparing home prices in 120 college-town markets revealed a $1.37 million price difference between homes of similar characteristics in Akron, Ohio, and Palo Alto, Calif. Also note that Northwestern is the 8th most expensive college town!
